I ordered the free 14-day trial—and cancelled 10 days after received. The product did NOTHING. When a checked by credit card two weeks later—I had been charged $88.94 for a 2nd shipment which I received a few days later.
There is no 14-day trial—the clock starts ticking when the order is PLACED not when it RECEIVED or SHIPPED. You will be charged and good luck trying to get the money back. The customer service representatives are very rude and one even hung up on me instead of getting the supervisor.
I was e-mailed a return form for the product. You cannot return it without the RMA number. So don't just refuse the product and return without this. I don't know if I will get any money back the form says it takes 2-4 weeks to process—Not so for them to take your money.
