I ordered the free trial for 5.95 and was told I had 15 days to try it out, however the count starts when the product is shipped if it is ever shipped.in the case it is shipped then you must subtract about 5 days which reduces your trial time to 10 days.
But note this, the trial period also counts the days it takes to return the product so now you're down to five days, but it will take you 5 days to get a return authorization and by that time they have charged your credit card an additional $88.00 and you do not get another bottle. Keep in mind that until you get through to that bogus number your credit card is going to continue to be billed every month.
But the biggest problem is that I never could get through to the number listed and when you do they act like its funny and they almost call you stupid for believing the website. They are using Oprah's show to promote you trying their product and they have several websites under different guises.
I tried to call to cancel the trial before I ever received the bottle and was told I couldn't cancel the program until I received the trial bottle. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the service representative hung up on me. I think it is horrible for people to play on the plight of others and I hope that they are soon discovered as scammers and that their site is taken down.
I am attempting to run damage control with my bank to prevent any charges from this company. I just hope that its not to late.
