I did not receive my trial product until about 12 days after I ordered it and they'd already charged my card 79.99! I get a recorded message saying all agents are busy and then it hangs up on me every time I call. When I went to cancel online through the so called "easy cancel" liink it took a few days for them to even contact me back but when they did this is the response I got... I had already figured out it was a scam and filed a complaint with the BBB when my card was charged before I even received my product and before the trial period was up. I would advise everyone above and anyone who has this same problem to definitely go to the BBB site and file a complaint to put these crooks out of business and to get your money back! I don't know about anyone else but I need my money! And 80.00 a month being taken from my account unwillingly is not acceptable!
