I Have been doing busines at this pharmacy for a couple of years now. At first it was fine, then for some reason they seem to get their priorities mixed up by serviceing customers in drive throughs instead of waiting on customers who take the time to come in get their prescriptions filled and even buy other products. Latley they have been having long lines by not allowing drop offs at one window and serving at another. They accept the prescriptions and put them in the computer then after that they let the customer know how long it will be. I have been in line as long as 1 hour while the person worked on one customer. That is not the way to keep me at your store. Not to mention that they will tell you 1 hour of 3 hours and when you come back in that time you still have to wait another couple hours to get your drugs. Lets also mention that when you are waiting they keep making you get in line so that you get served, when others come in after you and get served.By the time they take serving that customer (remember in some cases an hour) I have waited that hour and the other hours I was already there. They have no working customer service procedure and know one monitors how customers are being served. I am changing to a traditional small drug store. They dod not stay open 24 hour but at least they have someone watching there people..
