Our protection for COBRA ended by 1/31. I paid $320.45 for that advanced due 1/1 thru 1/31. They'd not a problem taking my income. I obtained claims from my insurance company that my Janujary 2011 medical costs weren't protected because of "no protection". I named the medical provider plus they stgated CONEXIS recommended them my insurance ended 1/21. I named CONEXIS on 2/4 and talked with Bob. He recommended he'd make modification. I am handicapped and was recommended I'd require a Certification of Legitimate Insurance from my insurance provider to use for brand new medical health insurance. I named the provider on 2/7 and was recommended modification from CONEXIS never obtained. I've tried contacting CONEXIS everydone since 2/7 but the message indicates unable to take call due to bad weather then hangs up. The bad-weather was over yesterday. I've also delivered 3 emails seeking this modification without any response.
I just have 63 times from day of firing to obtain this certification.
INADEQUATE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I've previously put a proper problem using the Texas Department of Insurance, but this might occupy to 6 months which may jepordize my capability to utilize and obtain new insurance. It is a disgrace their clients also have to endure due to their bad support.
