Unfinished Dental Work

I did so all my Denture and Partials at-all treatment Went thrugh GE Cash and so I could easily get it completed. I didnt get my incomplete (1500) bucks or even the lining for my dentures today I'm paying GE Cash for providers I didnt get. So what can I really do.

I'm overwelmed and that I need to use a denture thats unpleasant and that I didnt have it all completed. Why must I spend GE money-they must have AllCare spend them back the cash they offered them for several my Dental function.
