They sent me a card to help rebuild my credit. I sent back the kit they sent me because I did not need it. I got a copy of my credit report. They took off the charge that I had owed them and never took off the $300.00 they said I owed for the kit that I had sent back.
I kept calling and kept calling to see how I can either pay it off so it can be off my report. I just got fed up. I don't know how to get this off or who to talk to. They kept giving me phone numbers after phone numbers. I was 18 when I got the card. I am now 23 years old trying to get it off. Please help me.
