Ive had the worst experience with all care dental i was told i was purchasing the comfy choice denture uncomfortable is an understatement i have been back there on numerous occasions for adjustments relines remakes i have contacted there patient relations coordinator also on numerous occasions i am getting nowhere the last remake on my permanent denture and partial after waiting 3 wk wearing a temporary denture that simply doesn't fit they returned them to me after wearing them to work for one day my mouth was sliced and cut i was in agony i phoned there manager on Monday he told me to come in the following Monday i then had to wear the temporaries for yet another week when i got there the one dentist on duty told me they couldn't be fixed and did i want then remade again i told her and the manager i had no confidence in them remaking the dentures again and i just want a full refund he is now brushing me off this whole experience has gone on for 10 months the dentist that was working with me is now gone the dentist who tried to file the denture to fit properly is also gone there is now another dentist there whom is new very unprofessional unethical i also reported this dental office to the Ada i want a full refund at this point and suggest that no one uses this practice for there dental needs
