Signed up for a Medicare Supplement Policy with MOO to begin on January 1. Payment for the first month had to be paid in advance and was paid on 11/5. Once I got the policy on November 25th I realized it was not what I had in mind and returned it via priority mail the same day with a letter explaining why and asking for my premium payment back.
Today I called their main number because I still have not received my premium payment back. I was told it would take between 45 and 60 days to be processed. This sux, especially at Christmas time when Senior Citizens like me have barely enough to squeeze by. Shame on you, MOO, I will never deal with you again.
