I also am having trouble contacting Customer Service (CS) to cancel subscription. I gave this program a chance but it didn't work for me and so i decided to cancel the monthly charge to my credit card. When trying to contact customer service from my cell phone # used when signing up it wouldn't ring the number when using home phone it didn't recognize the number and wouldn't connect me to CS. I went to website and tried to contact CS using their EasyCancel link but when asked for my email address used to sign-up for the program which I entered, the page went blank.
I'm not sure how to contact them now to cancel.
