Scheduled an appointment - on the way to appointment there was an accident on the freeway. I called ahead to let them know I would be a little late due to the accident. I was told that would be impossible and now I would have to re-schedule. Additionally was told I would have to pay a "no show" fee.
I complained about it to their email address and was contacted by someone from the front office who said they spoke to the doctor and he agreed to "waive" the fee. Then I started getting bills in the mail for a "no show" fee. When I called to follow up I was called a liar by the office person on the phone who said they never called me prior to and "waived" the fee. The front office person who I dealt with was appallingly rude and glaringly incompetent. Refused to even listen and kept talking over me. When I looked up the docotrs reputation on the internet I found this was a common occurance and the front office had recieved many complaints of the exact same nature.
While the doctor himself is OK - its not worth the hassle of dealing with the incompetent front office - there are many many doctors in this area.
Do yourself a favor and skip this one - you'll be glad you did!
