I requested 3 models from Hair Siblings about the 3rd of Dec. The projected arrival of my bought was published as December 8th. I examined the following function on the site to see cargo facts and was amazed when my purchase was still being prepared about the 8th. While taking a look at the delivery report I realized that the colour that I purchase was sold-out - they didn't make me conscious of this or did they attempt to contact me when shipping a shade that I'd not chosen as my first or second-choice.
I really like the choice of items, but their customer support hurts. I examine additional grievances and find out the customer support point is hectic constantly... I WOn't genuinely believe that they're so hectic they can't answer their telephones, return calls or answer emails. This can be a very shotty organization - should you decide to make a purchase don't assume for this to be shipped and provided as guaranteed... Provide them with atleast one week to process your order and another to ship it.
