I placed an online order with "damuscle.com" on 11-12-10, hoping that my order would be in within a week. As of today, I have not recieved it. I was sent an email the day of the order thanking me, and stating that my order has been received and they are processing it. On 11-19-10 I recieved another email from "damuscle.com". This emails reads as follows:
Hello Matt,
Unfortunately, we did a poor job on shipping your order in a timely fashion. We did not meet your expectations or our own high quality standards. Please accept our sincere apology.
We greatly appreciate your business and we understand that your time is valuable. We owe you an explanation.
In our continuing efforts to expand our product offering and to provide you with the best pricing possible, we have moved our entire inventory from our existing distribution centers into larger facilities. There have been some difficulties that have taken too long to overcome. We have been diligently working around the clock to correct these issues.
As of Nov 16th we are now back to full capacity to ship orders within 24 hours. We have some catching up to do, but your order will be shipped and may already be in transit to you. We are not able to provide tracking information for your current order; however, you should have your order within 2-5 business days.
We are excited to announce that in the coming weeks we will be significantly expanding our product offerings and distribution capabilities while continuing to bring you the outstanding prices you've come to expect.

On 12-01-10 I sent an email to [email protected] and [email protected]. As of today, I have not heard anything in response to my emails. My order was purchased using a debit card and I'm beginning to worry that this is a scam. The only thing that has kept me from going to authorities at this time is that I have ordered and received an order from "damuscle.com" in the past. That order was placed on 03-30-10 and the package arrived within a week.
