Ordered the product for the free trial, it took me calling twice within a 1-1/2 month span before I received the products. Later to find out that I was charged 2 months worth of product for both the colon and optimum ($400). Sent in the rebate form for both. Called customer care in which I was transferred to a manager who stated I should receive my refund in the amount of $200 next week... It has now been 3 weeks... I want my money back. I called the number for status and it was no longer in service as of today November 18... I will never recommend this product.
