Acai Optimum is a scam. I ordered product via tv infomercial. Cancelled order immediately via telephone and on website. Cancellation confirmation numbers were received from Acia Optimum. They stated that no product would be shipped or charged. However I was charged for product that I never received. Customer service did confirm cancellation. However they would not refund money charged.
