I am a customer who had lost my job so i became a patient at the local free clinic. I received a perscription from the clinic an was assigned to the medicine shoppe so i could receive my medicine free. I called in a refill an sent my husband in for it. He was told i was out of refills so he called me and i looked on the bottle it had 2 refills left so i called the pharmacy and tried to explain that my bottle had 2 refills left on it. What i did not know was that the date had expired for the refills miley explained this to me. What confused me was that i still had 2 refills left an i thought that they should still be available. I said i thought as long as i had refills i could get the pills. She informed me that this was not legal to fill this then she said and i quote " WHAT THE HELL YOU COMPLAINING ABOUT YOU GET THEM FOR FREE ANYWAY" this was rude an inconserate i am sorry i fell on hard times like so many other people right now but that was no way to be treated. My husband was in the store when she said this this to me and so was other customers it was also imbarrasing to him an he said so to her she did apologize to him but never to me. I did not deeserve this disrespect. I would never recommend this store to any person. I also called the home office and the free clinic that i go to and reported this. I tried 3 times to get ahold of the store manager but each time i was told he was too busy to talk to anyone. I finally got thru to him today he told me that he was not even there friday so mley lied about that the manager alan was not even interested in listing to my side he said he heard hers and that he told me it would not happen again. He was no help so i guess just because you go to a free clinic you are not considered a good customer who might get back on their feet an really be able to pay for their meds. I will tell everyone i know about how i was treated and maybe they will think twice about using this pharmacy
