I bought a one hour Professional massage from Evergreen Wellness Center. It had a 6 month expiration date. I contacted them about 4 months later to set up a time. I was told that they do not do that anymore, but if I paid another $20 then I could get it. I told them no way. I told them they needed to honor it. They said they would call me back to let me know when I could get in. I called them five, yes, I said five times and was always told the same thing. I demanded my money. Three more phone calls and hearing the checks in the mail, and I contacted consumer fraud of Kansas. I had also sent a certified letter. I mean, this is only $30 plus the cost of a certified letter, but I hate being ripped off by crooks and totally lied too. Consumer fraud got them to send a check for the $30 with in a few weeks. They never paid me for the certified letter. I have a friend who was ripped off in the EXACT SAME WAY. I would not do business with this company in any way or form. They are the most dishonest company I have ever had to do business with. They do not know how to tell the truth. Beware!!!
