Natural Healthier Body Places unauthorized hold on bank account

I ordered a "free" sample of their product, authorizing them to take $3.97 from my bank account for shipping. When my receipt appeared on the next page, the fine print indicated they were also putting a hold on my bank account for $139.86 for their "one-time joining fee"
I have two days to contact them by calling a phone number to tell them I am not interested. Their message when you call the number indicates they are not in the office and to leave your name and phone number. They have not contacted me and I checked my account online and they have indeed put a hold on my bank account for the unauthorized $139.86.
