I attempted to contact the customer service office by phone to cancel my membership because I was uncomfortable with the direct billing to my credit card I was referred to the website 96shoes.com. However, in attempting to log on to this website to cancel I was unable to reach the site.
I was told via this "rip-off" site that the website does not exist.in attempting to contact customer service again you only get a recording referring all cancellation back to the 96shoes.com website for cancellations only. It seems that if you wanted to order the product you can do it easily but cancellations don't exist.
