I ordered the Advanced Cleanse vitamins in January. According to the paper receipt I received with the vitamins, my cancellation date for the free trial was February 12. I called and cancelled my account and thought nothing else of it. Two weeks later, I was charged 149.95. I called the Customer support line and spoke with several people who didn't speak English very well. They were supposed to have processed my refund. I have not received a refund to this date (06/08/10) and have called continuously for the past 4 months. Up until today they have all told me the same line, "Yes ma'am, your refund is being process." Today was a different story. Today I was told, "I'm sorry for your inconvenience ma'am but we can no longer refund your account.instead, we can offer you a $50.00 dollar gift certificate to any local restaurant of your choice. If you decline it then we can no longer help you. Take it or leave it." I asked them how many people did the scam into using their products... His response, "We have no idea ma'am." I'm going to report them to Homeland Security next.
