I've purchased spectacles from 3 online providers and GlassesCrafters would be the worst undoubtedly. The very first touch of issues in the future occurred during shipping which required 6 months without any tracking number. Once the spectacles came my perspective was fuzzy. I tested my spectacles plus they were created based on the prescription. I examined the prescription also it was incorrect.
I expected GlassesCrafters when they might change it out totally free and after umpteen emails they stated okay but I want the deliver my spectacles back again to China that we did by air mail at my price. Which was 6 months before. Our spectacles were dropped based on GlassesCrafters. Throughout the 6 months no body named me and GlassesCrafters attempted repeatedly to obtain out-of their dedication to complete it free by delivering numerous emails. I believe they obtained my glassiest they but still need cost me. Today they're requesting 48 lbs cost. Shock! Shock
The corporation has horrible customer support, no telephone number and really should be prevented.
