I called in response to a radio ad with interest in their "Epiclear" for acne. The radio ad referred to a "free" bottle for shipping cost only. I called and the young man told me after I gave all my credit card info and shipping info that I'd automatically recieve a 6 month supply in 20 days so I would not run out, and every 6 months thereafter also.
I told him I was not interested in the auto shipments, I just wanted my "free" sample, if I liked it I'd call and order more. He said please hold while I get a supervisor, then came back on the line and said ok.
Of course a couple weeks after receiving my free sample, which by the way did not do a thing for my acne, I received a 6 month supply and of course they billed my account.
I have called my credit card company to dispute this and have changed my card number so no more charges could be made. The credit card company recomended that I send the product back "certified" and I would need a physical address for the company, which of course they don't put on their invoice. Thanks to another user of usacomplaints.com I will be able to do this. I have not contacted the company yet regarding this matter. I'll keep ya'll posted.
