My daughter order a "FREE TRAIL" for a product advertised in the newspaper, for "EPICLEAR" they also are known by visiontel communications We called and the woman said I will be ONLY billed forshippingnd handling, $12.00. Charged it to my credit card with the understanding that I was not interested in any other product since we used Proactive.
They agreed that all I was getting billed was for shipping and handling.
Today, I received a huge order and a huge bill for $ 164.90. I called and the woman was very rude. She told me she had billed this amount to my credit card, which I told her I never authorized that transaction and she said it was too late. That the order was non refundable. I mention calling the BBB and the Consumers Affairs and my attorney ans she hung up on me. It's very sad and frustrating that there's people outhere getting rich out on our hard earn money, not to mention how can they keep on been on business when I have read so many other cases as mine.
Please, look into ths and help.
