Be very careful when working for this company!
I was terminated by this company today for NO REASON WHATSOEVER. I was a sales representative in the company, I arrived at work earlier than everyone else, I brought in more sales than the new representatives, and I was much better representative and made more calls.
However, even with these facts the company fired me because I wouldn't play the political game. This company lies to their customers and says we Manufacture and Distribute ALL supplies when they really partner with a bunch of other companies.
The company pays very little and hides their small compensation by putting titles on peoples names in the company to make them feel more valuable.
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. The political game ways more than performance, and to fire someone with no reasoning, is absurd.
3 other reps that have worked there for 10 years LEFT because of the compensation the company pays!!! Now the company is suing them!
Be VERY CAREFUL as I learned on the inside and don't let this company take advantage of you!
