In mid-October, I placed an order on gosouthernmd.com for an AC charger for my Inogen One oxygen concentrator. There was nothing on the web site which indicated that the item was not in stock.in December, they informed me that not only was the item not in stock, but it was no longer available from the manufacturer. They demanded an additional $100 for the replacement part, a universal power adapter (bait and switch). I paid the additional $100. On Dec 30, I received an email stating that the order had been shipped, and tracking information would follow. I never received any tracking information or the order. I have been calling and emailing since then, with no results. I've heard excuses, "oops, it slipped through the cracks, " "that's why [person]'s not working for us anymore, " "we just found out Inogen doesn't drop ship any more, " and "it will be shipped on Friday"... More than a few weeks ago, I asked them to provide proof that the item had been shipped, or to provide a refund. I STILL HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING!!! Yesterday, Robert Remick promised to call Inogen to resolve the problem, and call me with the resolution at the close of business (5 pm Arizona time). I received no call. I am beyond FED-UP! I need this item or I wouldn't have ordered it.
