Dr. Ramon castellanos md, miami fl.international pain institute, billed excessive, repeated, medicare/medicaid claims. Operates a 1 man in-office! Surgery unit!!! Does many surgical procedures, one patient after another.in his office, i.V. Sedation using old equipment. This room is so crowded the "sedation nurse" is pushed against my head! My wife saw everyone in street shoes. Only dr. Castellanos wore gloves. The wrong chart was handed to dr. Castellanos and he put "a wire" into my spine! He did "lysis of adheasons" i was there for a different procedure!!! Hollering and throwing of charts followed, we found out that in the usa, you can't do this surgery unless you are in a real hospital. A real seperate licensed anastesia doctor must be there also!!! (the real anastesia doctors work only in a real surgical hospital). 4 hours later, i was rushed to south miami hospital and dr. Casttellanos never called the er or the hospital back!!! Ever! I was there for days! 1 year later i still hurt so bad!!!
My new doctors still don't know what was done to me that day. Dr. Castellanos refuses to give us our records. We found out that many patients are hurt and unhappy. See m.D. Ratings.
