Another set of horrible customer service

I went in since my I had been battling increasingly more with my spectacles using the PC.initially I visited Walmart to conserve some cash, but I had been having difficulty carrying these spectacles.in the place of getting them back again to Walmart, I thought I'd simply invest the additional cash and visit a "actual" shop/physician. Huge mistake.

The sales agents in the galeria at tyler shop are therefore rude it's incredible. They speak right down to you as if youare twelve and not allow you expain anything. The initial woman I'd spoken to requested easily had vision insurance, I had been attempting to show her that I simply have health insurance and they provided a discount, but I'd get half-way through the sentance and he or she'd reduce me down and extended to consult me if it had been a perspective insurance or not.

Then after I got my new spectacles I'd a dreadful moment changing to them, therefore because the physician explained easily had difficulty I ought to return plus they'd adjust them. Evidently they truly did not like this since all I acquired after I named again was perspective. The 2nd physician that analyzed explained at least three times when this modification did not work-this is really as great because it gets.

I told her that I actually donot really wish to return, it is a discomfort to visit that shop, but evidently that did not deter her from continuing to speak right down to me and inform me I can not move back and forth and trade contacts. This is actually the only moment I Have come set for a readjustment! It isn't like I Have been there three times previously.

Then she proceded to drive connections. I informed her I really couldnot manage them, I currently had invested lots of cash about the spectacles. That did not deter her from continuing to drive the connections, and also to inform me the nosepads about the spectacles I've were "gross". I truly didn't require the colour discourse, and that I did not wish to purchase connections. (obviously used to donot get connections, they wont get anymore of my company).

Anyway, the result has become I am waiting about the fresh set of spectacles, but I'll NEVER return to this shop again. They're all ACUTELY rude, arrogant & most truly don't worry about their clients.
