Simply within the year guarantee, my spectacles began to get stess breaks in the join of the supply towards the body. I got them back plus they charged me (I've used spectacles for 30yrs) and were rude. After I confronted to inform clients how they'd not restore this free of charge they relented and decided on a "onetime only-no promise". Well, it's six months later and my fresh contacts are breaking. It has never occurred to any spectacles I've had and that I WON'T EVER visit Pearle Vision again and that I am informing anybody who listens to not move there.
