I requested spectacles for my boy on July 13. On July 23 they arrived in however they were incorrect. I wasn't angry or annoyed. Errors occur and we're all individual. After I acquired the spectacles they attempted to provide me a discount however it wasn't about cash it had been about Lenscrafters customer support plan that obviously the laboratory reach set for that organization. There's an excessive amount of opposition to truly have a client delay nearly per month for spectacles. I'll not return to Lenscrafters for spectacles until the plan is transformed. My loved ones has purchased three sets of spectacles within the last year. I suppose Lenscrafter doesn't worry about the client!!!
