I recieved a letter today claiming I owe this company $109.95 stating I did not respond to the 14 day trial period for UltraSlim XS that I had ordered last year. I did respond to them by email and by phone and returned their product due to the fact it put me in the hospital!
Now they are willing to work with me and waive the collection fee if I just pay for the product! No way am I paying for product that I did not keep, did not use after 2 days, and returned to them.
They refuse to give me a phone number to anyone who actually runs this company only to this "recovery department" that claims they don't have that information. They have gone so far as to claim my phone is cutting out, then on another call to hang up on me when I ask for the information.
