I responded to a free sample for a product that appeared to be legitmate. Once I received the product I didn't use because I wanted my doctor to evaluate benefit for me. Before my next doctors appointment I received another supply of the product and I learned that my credit card was charged a total of $150.00 for the two deliveries. When I tried to reach a customer service contact I reached an individual whose english was broken to say the least and the connection I had with him was almost unaudiable. He insistied I should have read the small print. I insisted that my relationship with them be cancelled and he assured me that would be done. Additionally I accessed their web site and entered cancellation to insure cancellation. I haven't heard any more as of this writing but I can only hope that the cancellation is effective. When I looked at the small print of the web site offer it was 11 pages and gave the company, Advanced Wellness Research, all of the protectiohns and none that I could see for the consumer. This was the first Rip Off I have experienced and hopefully this information will keep someone else from falling into their missleading advertising.
