Wiz-Quiz gladly took up-front money for a month worth of services, however, when those services were not needed, they refused to refund the money already paid for them claiming they have a no-refund policy, however, this policy was never voiced nor provided in any written form at any time.
I tried to contact the company several times but they never responded.
After going through formal channels to request a refund, they refused. An agressive representative of the company called and actually yelled at me.
All of this for $25. Shameful.
Addendum: Their employees are ignorant about issues related to their business (such as where someone needs to go to sign up), they do not take responsibility for their mistakes, their notification service is archaic and routinely fails (telephone call-in service), and they do not respond to inquiries.
