Called just now to ask for a refund for two (2) months of "service" for stupid little messages they call the IQ Quiz. They say that I signed up for the quiz, then typed in a "PIN"—both actions I did not do. I believe they're just finding phone numbers and jumping on them. I gave my mailing address—the operator said that he would send the refund request to the "back office." I'm not holding my breath. I told the operator to include a memo that I would be contacting the Attorney General in my state if I have any more trouble, or if the refund is not given.
