Scam! Can't cancel, $60 a month

Watch out! Hydroxatone has done it again! The FREE trial SCAM! They are spamming up tv stations like crazy, plus I've also heard it on the radio. They have launched a full assault on American women, BEWARE!

How the scam works-

Celtrixa, aka hydroxatone (look at the bottom of the bottle near the cap, it says hydroxatone), baits you with the popular free trial scam. You call the number, believing that it is some "special" they are doing to introduce the products. We've all gotten tons of free samples of new products (I myself go to walmart.com/samples every month. This month, crest is giving away free samples of their new 3d white strips. Check it out at walmart.com/samples)

Anyhow, they will first talk really fast on the phone. If u listen, ull discover that they are rambling the special terms they hope u dont notice. The terms are this-if you don't return this product 14 days from the day tha you ORDER (not receive), you will be charged $60 relentlessly. They will also sign u up for all sorts of other stuff, baiting u with walmart gift cards, and gas cards (WALMART HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS SCAM! Please, contact walmart and let them know celtrixa is selling products, promising cards from walmart that they never ever send you) turn all these offers down!!! They are only other products they have that they scam u with free trials u cant cancel! They will NOT send u the walmart or the gas cards. Then, even if you do cancel, they will lie and tell u that no more product will be shipped and u wont be billed. TRUST THIS - they will continue to send their sh! T product, charge ur card relentlessly, and refuse to cancel. Even if they do stop shipping their product, check out ur statement, u will see that they are STILL charging ur card, and have signed u up for other 'memberships' without ur consent. They will claim that they have no record of cancellation. Also, if u do actually send it back in time, they will claim they never received it back, which is also a lie. They will also, unauthorized, send you Miracle burn, and hydroxatone.

Heres what u can do!

Fist, be SURE to record yourself talking to these people. Either record phone conversations, and also print out emails of cancellation if u cant get through and tell them that you are canceling any and all memberships u are signed up for. Tell them since they are unreachable on the phone, that by law u can cancel by email. Print this out. State the day and time for either way u cancel. Hand this to ur bank or credit card comapny immediately! Let them know that u have canceled, and this business is conducting business illegally by violated consumer protection laws.By law it states that if they send u more product after cancellation, that u may consider that a gift, and are in no way responsible to ship it back, or pay for it. Also, let any collection notices know this as well. It is illegal to collect on canceled merchandise.

Also be sure to mail that back as soon as u get it! Send it with a tracking number, and also pay the extra to get proof of signature (yes, that means more money for u, but trust me, it is the only way for u to not be charged $60)

Follow these steps immediately. Be sure file complaints with the attorney general, the bbb, ftc, and the fbi's online crime website. All of these sites may be able to help u, if uve already beenm scammed multiple times. Let them know they are violating consumer protection laws by-disguising a monthly membership as a free sample, thats false advertising, which is illegal. Also let them know they continue to try to charge after cancellation, which is in violation of consumer protection laws.

After all of this, please do watch ur statement, and let ur bank know that this company may try to take money from ur account under these additional names:

Main company name - urban nutrition llc

Hydroxatone/hydroleyes

Celtrixa

Longevity

Miracle burn

Bellaplex

Orexia

Venacura (scam lotion for vericose veins, does NOT work)

Rest Aid

Be aware, and make your bank aware of these names. Any or all of these may be sent to u without consent and ur card charged unauthorized. This is also in violation of consumer protection laws.
