They charge you $150 TEN DAYS STARTING THE DAY YOU ORDER, NOT WHEN YOU GET THE PRODUCT (which you most likely will never even get). It's Jessie Willms new name for the same scam. This little scum sucker has screwed over at least 10% of the American population. Don't be fooled! He is not giving you anything free, he is robbing your bank account! You can at least put a stop to these charges, but only if you follow these steps (note-you have to call and cancel, but do not believe them when they tell you that you are canceled! They will stop sending you the product in an attempt to fool you into not monitoring your statement. They still continue to charge you anyhow. This is illegal. FIRST, CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT! Below, I have outlined everything that you have to do to put a stop to these completely outrageous charges. This is dazzlewhite, but they have so many numbers. I'm going to list below ALL contact numbers. U can cancel ur "membership" LEGALLY through any of the numbers that you can get through to. They are all the same company! If they tell u they arent this company, they are lying. Tell them you have looked up their business through a government website, and u know that although the company has 100 names, you know this company is 1021018 alberta ltd. Tell them you will hand over this conversation and proof they are the same company to your attorney if they dont let you cancel thru whichever number u get through. Heres ALL of their numbers. Remember, this is all the same company 1021018 alberta ltd is the actual name of all of these companies. Celebrity white and dazzle white are just aliases for 1021018 alberta ltd.

Ok, and here is what u need to do and say when u call these. Also below is a phone number from celeb white website, but it's doubtful ull be able to get thru to it
Here's what you can do. Go to ur bank. Tell them that that is an unauthorized charge. Here in america, these companies have to clearly disclose terms and conditions if they involve auto billing. This site is just a scam thieving u by claiming that something is free, and then getting ur card info "for shipping purposes only." this is lying because the card info is actually used to steal money from ur account. Tell ur bank the terms were not disclosed, they were at a separate link at the bottom of the page. That is in violation of consumer protection laws. Those of u who say "well yer fault shulda read them ther terms n condeeetions", then u must not know what ur talking about after all, because this type of hidden disclosure is against the law.
Also, record a phone conversation with the company. Tell them u are officially declaring cancellation of any and all memberships theyve signed u up for! U will find u have been signed up for about 3 different "memberships that start charging u after 30 days. They are not separate companies. They are all from the company that u got the "free trial" with to begin with. Be sure to tell them u want everything canceled. Oh, and btw, they charge u $150 dollars after 10 days from the order date, claiming u will "save money by buying the yearly membership upfront". No u wont. U will find very soon that they are charging u $50 a month for a tooth whitening tray. Tell them u want everything canceled, and every membership they have u signed up for. U will start getting charges too for "website weightloss memberships". They will say that u must call a different number for that because they arent the same company. Tell them that u know that they r. They all come from that company, otherwise ud have to seperately give ur card number to each company. Also tell them that since they signed u up for these memberships, they can cancel them too. Let them know u want ur money back. Also if they give u grief about it, tell them u are recodring the conversation and that u are giving a copy to ur bank, filing reports with the ftc and the attorney general, and tell them u are giving a copy to ur attorney if u are not canceld for every membership and ur money refunded because they didnt clearly disclose these terms, which is in violation of consumer protection laws.
Do this on either a recorded phone call or print out a webchat. Next hand over the recording and/or print of webchat, and let them know u would like to dispute the charge because the terms weren't disclosed to u in a manner that abides by the law. Also let them know that u are givingthem evidence of ur cancellation, so anything else charged should result in a chargeback. U must have this evidence of cancellation for a chargeback. ALSO, check ur statements like a hawk. They use multiple names and will go in and help themselves to ur money after cancellation. The best thing to do is change ur card number, but still watch like a hawk. Even then they sometimes can thieve (but not AS likely to). Also, after u cancel, they will probably send u out more of that sh! T anyhow. Under united states law, if a merchant send u out products after u cancel, u may consider that a gift. U are not responsible for payment and u are not responsible for shipping it back. U may keep it for free. If they send u a letter from a collection agency, make a copy of the cancelation conversation u had, and remind them under law it is a gift, and it is illegal to pursue payment for the gift or harm ur credit score and either action will be taken up by ur attorney.

Most people believe that because there are hidden terms that they just have to accept it. NOT SO, it is illegal not to clearly give u the terms. DO NOT just leave it at calling them begging them to cancel. They wont. They will charge anyhow. U r signed up for multiple charges u dont yet know about. Even if u do cancel, they continue to take money for the product and send it out. Even when they stop sending the product out, they charge u for it anyhow. Do not allow this go to ur bank asap. Record ur cancellations! They will lie and tell u u are canceled, but then charge and claim theres "no record of cancellation". This is illegal!
