Paychex COBRA Insurance is just a fraud operation.
They got $1105.32 of my cash on 2/1 and an additional $659.80 on 3/1 for COBRA Medical Health Insurance. They're designed to deliver the cash to Excellus Blue Cross / Blue Shield.
I publish a $700.00 perscription bill on 2/15 simply to be informed it's been refused since Paychex didn't deliver the cash to Excellus.
I talked with 5 various people on 2/17 plus they stated it'd be straightnd out.
I'm in California on holiday while this really is happening. Subsequently on January 24th I publish one more $700.00 perscription bill and again it's refused. I contact Paychex and consult with a Mellisa Wolinski who swears down and up it's Excellus' problem... They have the cash and go up together.
I contact them and that I am nevertheless informed they do not have a cent from Paychex.
Today is March 8th, and after two telephone calls to Paychexis Mellisa Wolinski, who's still promising that Paychex delivered the cash, I request a return.
She calls me back at4:56PM simply to inform me that they're overnighting the cash to Excellus. I mentioned you explained you previously delivered it... Obviously she blames her sales department, since that's the things they informed her. I named her on that, requesting evidence and he or she couldn't provide so she got clear.
However, it's also late (4:56PM) to deliver it today simply because they move house at 5PM, it'll be delivered on March 9th, meaning Excellus won't obtain it till March 10th and in those days they'll re instate my insurance.
Therefore presently Paychex has $1800.00 of my rates, and that I am out about $2,100.00 in perscription expenses and nothing has been completed.
Don't allow paychex manage your cobra... Tell your insurance company you would like direct billing from their store. Paychex isn't reliable and they lie through their tooth, and all that does is leave you hanging.
