We bought our Hot Springs spa in September from Backyard Schools and Swimming LLC, Germantown, TN. There's something amiss using the tub since it proceeds to journey the individual breaker that it's on (found alongside the new bath). Therefore, everytime you want to enter the New Bath the water is lukewarm at-best. They've delivered a technician several times to correct the bathtub. The technician doesn't appear when he's designed to. The job that gets completed, does not repair the problem. The technician was said to be below on Feb 11th and did not appear. We'venot had the opportunity to make use of the new bath atleast 60 percent of the changing times that people've desired to utilize it since the water is also cool. The changing times we have applied it, the water continues to be comfortable — not warm. We invested nearly $13,000 about the spa. We would like it mounted, a brand new one or we would like our cash back. From the period they have it set it'll be summertime again — and also comfortable to savor the new bath.
