I ordered a Bam High Tech viola case from Fermata Music in January. I still have not gotten the case. I have made several calls and many emails about the case which was charged to my Visa card in March. Fermata Music has not contacted me since November. The BBB has contacted them twice on my behalf and Fermata has not responded to then either. Now all I want is for my Viaa card to be credited. Let's see if it happens.
