The Cincinnati Better Business Bureau report that this company has an unsatisfactory record for failure to substantiate advertising claims and a pattern of complaints concerning contract disputes and guarantee or warranty issues. Siting specific complaints concerning credit card fraud.
They state on Feb 13 they received a letter form representation of the company stating that they had decided to discontinue their "Established Membership Program" (HA) due to the fact that customers found confusion and dissatifaction amoung too many customers. The company removed the disclaimer regarding the program but. As of today, the BBB is still receiving complaints involving automatic shipments of this product.
Ok all you Lifekey apologists, wheres your answer to THIS? Your representitives have out right lied to the BBB, so why not lie to us! File your complaint with the BBB of Ohio! Also, anyone interested in a class action suit against Lifekey please contact me via the rebuttal key.
I will not stop until this scumbag company is out of business!
