Cinergy Health scam company, created by Crooks, located in Florida. Company already under investigation in Florida, New York, Texas and I was ripped off in California.
I was member from 7/1/09 and they did't process any claim, they changed address three times, lie customers, and under investigation by Florida and New York Insurance commition. I cansel policy as useless and request full refund, what they promise to pay back, but its still in a same position. More Info and 146 complains you will find on Miami Herald.com. I want awere people of California stay away from this SCAM Company and send messages to other States and friends.
