I requested what I thought to be a little trial-size of the item for that delivery cost of $2.95. The advertisement mentioned it had been a totally free test and also the only cost could be shipping. The first advertisement stated nothing about getting your Credit for that item cost of $86.93. Upon locating the cost on my Credit, I instantly named the organization to stop anything and was informed I'd been already delivered the merchandise and one more 'dental holder package' within the quantity of 48.63. I had been educated account was terminated completely. I had been directed to attend before next item came after which return them equally to get a complete refund. I had been provided an order-id/termination #, directions for returning in addition to a return confirmation. I delivered both covered via FedEx, I've a closed verification via FedEx. Which was on 12/15/09. It's today 01/05/10, and also have just been released a reimbursement for that $86.93. I've not noticed something for that dental holder package ($48.63). I've named many times, and sent. Please Assist. I had been well within all their guidlines, its period they organized for their end-of the offer aswell.
