I see others have had similar insidences with this crowd... I did receive a product, but was 1 day late in phoning in to cancel and that seems to mean a payment of 159 USD from my credit card! That seems well over-pricing for what I got. The service person, Shane, refused to give his full name and refused to let me talk to a manager. He kept repeating that I was not to be billed for the package I received but for a "monthly membership". He could not specify what the membership meant. Clearly a scam!
