I bought my glasses from Lencrafters, Camping Creek Market, Quick Stage, GA. I delivered to Lencrafters, exactly the same shop the purchase was created, and have for my nose patches to become changed. They did substitute but billed me $10-plus. Which was many months prior.
Today, I visited Pearle Vision and have for nose pad alternatives. Pearle Vision changed the patches with no cost and didn't actually request where I bought my glasses.
Lenscrafters have lost a person.
