Actually saw Petaminz ad online. Ordered a Free Trail (7 days worth) Nov 22,09 which never was processed. Probally a good thing! S&H was $4.95. Extend Pet was a link that offered joint care, and I have Cocker Spaniel dog that is up in age and I thought he might benefit from this product. When placing the 14 day Free Trial order (S&H $3.95) I did not see anything that stated I must cancel the order within 14 days, or be billed a 30 day supply every month which was shipped. I thought I was receiving enough to last 14 days. Nothing was stated you have to accept "Terms and Condtions" prior to placing the order. The only mention of this is when you dispute the charge that tells you it can be located as a link at the bottom of the web page. Also, I was charged $0.08 international service fee, which I questioned by email Nov 30,09 with no response. There was no mention of an international service fee when placing the order. The order was placed Nov 23,09, received Nov 30,09 with notation "Your trial expires on December 07". That means I had already lost 7 days of free trial. I was charged $79.95 on my credit card, and called the number listed on the statement 877-213-1341 Dec 21,09 to question the charge and cancel the order. The contact numbers are located in Florida (operators are most likely located in a foreign country). You are told you have to send a email to [email protected]. I received a response Dec 23,09 and my refund was denied, but the recurring order supposedly was cancelled. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank.
