All I wanted was my second teeth cleaning of the year, covered by my dental insurance. The receptionists/hygienists are rude both on the phone and in person, I was kept waiting for 50 minutes past my appointment time for a 10 minute look-see of my teeth, only to be told that I needed to return for 4-5 more appointments in order to clean my teeth, each of which would cost $75, with an additional $25 "evaluation" fee. I am wondering why, if this extensive cleaning was really needed, why signs of it were not discovered in my previous teeth cleaning just 6 months prior? None of the people in this dental office care about the patient, just wasting patient's time and money. Look elsewhere for proper and affordable dental care!
