I paid $. 99 for a "free" sample of a tooth bleaching kit. When the sample arrived the date to cancel an automatic $79.95/month charge had passed. There was no mention of any auto-charge anywhere on the web site.
The phone number on the shipping slip was "not in service" the first three days, then only took voice mail with a promise to call back within 2 business days. I am contacting the bank, the consumer fraud unit in my state and Florida to demand my money back.
