Provia will not return shipping charges. Ahead of time, I paid-for delivery twice. I settled to truly have the item delivered in my experience and again to truly have the item delivered back again to them. Today, they've their item and that Iam out-of $30 for delivery and handling. I'd like Provida to return THE ENTIRE quantity that I paid for them. They're not eligible for maintain my shipping charges.
