I ordered some pinochle playing cards via the internet from BSN sports. Amazon said they were Bicycle brand playing cards.instead I was shipped an inferior brand of playing card made in Taiwan.
I paid $9.27 to return the inferior playing cards via the Post Office. I then phoned BSN sports and requested my return shipping cost be refunded to me since they shipped me an inferior product that was not as advertised.
I was informed by one Evan Fretz that they had not stocked the Bicycle brand playing card for two years. He refused to issue me a shipping refund. This is 'bait and switch' merchandising.
