I have been trying to get a refund for a returned product since July. My check is always "in the mail". This company did not deliver my product on time. When the product came, I returned it. I paid shipping. Projector Lamp Center (PLC) refused the shipment because you can not return "in the manufacturers box". Hmmm, didn't relize PLC was actually Sony? The shipment was returned to me, I shipped it back AGAIN, and paid for shipping AGAIN.
I have paid 2 shipping costs, and also a restock cost, and I still do not have a refund.
I need help!
