Humana obtained the box four times later and explained they might not approach my software till they obtained the advanced cost. I delivered them the advanced payment and today nearly three months later Humana claimes they do not have the cost.
I am sure Humana has got the cost and it is keeping it so that they do not have to pay for the statements for that previous 6 months.
